The name of this mastermind shall be called CGR Success Factory or The Success Factory or Proff Akinola Success Factory or simply Success Factory. It is founded by Akinola Babatunde and shall operate as a division of CAAVAC Global Resources (CGR). CGR is registered business with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria since 2005.
We are a committed and dedicated group with the purpose of transforming lives and increasing wealth. We inspire members to reach their business, career, and financial goals, and exceed their full potentials by creating conducive environment where members hold one another accountable. Through The Success Factory, members instantly get the huge benefit of other members’ financial experience, training, education, specialized knowledge and network of connections. We help one another go faster, further and better in ways beyond what a single person can accomplish alone.

- The group and meetings shall be coordinated and facilitated professionally.
- Some decisions may be subject to vote.
- A new calendar year starts on January 1 (No longer October) of every year.
- Complaining, whining and gossiping shall not be tolerated in the group.
- Goals and personal activities of members shall be treated sacred and confidential.
- Members who break the confidentiality term may have their membership reviewed.
- Members and guests shall address one another by first names or nick names. No titles.
- Membership fees $30 monthly but paid quarterly, bi-annually or annually.
- Funds will be used for administrations, meetings, logistics, facilitation, website, media, graphics, guests, experts, souvenirs, refreshments and activities approved by the leadership.
- Members shall commit to our culture.
- Membership recruitment shall be by invitation or extended to the public.
- New members will be admitted all year round until maximum membership is reached.
- Maximum membership allowed at any given time is ten (10).
- Members should be self-aware and not dominate conversations or give orders in meetings.
- Members shall not engage in any form of competition against one another.
- Members can leave the group or cancel their memberships anytime.
- Cancellation takes effect from subsequent month or year depending on payment option.
- Members who voluntarily leave the group will not be allowed to re-join the group.
- Members whose memberships are terminated will not be allowed to re-join the group.
- Members who leave the group voluntarily will get 50% refund of their unutilized fees.
- Members whose memberships are terminated will get no refund of their membership fees.
G. SUCCESS FACTORY IN-PERSON TRIBE MEETINGS
- Official meetings shall be by PHYSICAL CONTACT.
- Meetings shall be held four times annually with maximum of ten hours duration each.
- The four meetings shall hold on third Saturdays of March, June, September, and December.
- Absenteeism from meetings is subject to a penalty of $30.
- When a member is absent more than once, such memberships may be terminated.
- There shall be an online portal for daily productive discussions and resource sharing.
- Members shall be actively involved in the online portal activities.
H. SUCCESS FACTORY VIRTUAL TRIBE MEETINGS
- Official meetings shall be by ONLINE CONTACT.
- Meetings shall be held four times annually with maximum of six to ten hours duration each.
- The four meetings shall hold on last Saturdays of March, June, September, and December.
- Meeting attendance is mandatory. Absenteeism is subject to a penalty of $30.
- When a member is absent more than once, such memberships may be terminated.
- There shall be an online portal for daily productive discussions and resource sharing.
- Members shall be actively involved in the online portal activities.
- We do not envisage any reasons for dispute among group members.
- In the case of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably among concerned members, a dispute form must be filled by all the parties involved.
- The terms of the dispute shall be evaluated by a committee of at least three members of the group.
- Discussions shall be arranged by the committee with the parties involved and a final decision shall be reached.
- Members who engage in aggravated dispute that can jeopardize the group’s purpose or mission will have their membership terminated.
Membership termination shall be implemented by a three-man committee formed from the group and shall take effect at the committee’s recommendation or vote after hearing.
